Michael “Mr. Mike” Curtis

Project Manager

Michael Curtis (Mr Mike) is a Marine Corps veteran who is currently the owner and CEO of Endless Possibilities Youth Center or EPYC a teen outreach program.
I provide education and safe-havens to underprivileged youth.
As well as the youth that are behind in school. I hold many certificates in mental and physical health and I have extensive knowledge of program development and management, curriculum development, stakeholder management, and community service learning.

I decided to open this center about two years ago as I recognized the need of our communities.  Making the decision was not difficult, I have always liked to be involved with our youth. I served as president and football coach of Pop Warner NorthLake in Hammond for almost 8 years.

I have also volunteered as a travel basketball coach and coach for both football and basketball multiple times at the Northwest Indiana Boys and Girls Club. I have served as Teen Coordinator for nationwide youth organizations and as a contractor for a youth wellness center.

Additional experience in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills training, Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist and Hoosier Youth Challenge Academy Mentor. I have law enforcement education as I worked for Homeland Security for many years.

Jennifer Escobedo

My name is Jennifer Escobedo, I am co-owner of Endless Possibilities Youth Center.  Also known as “EPYC.”  We are a safe haven, structured environment, judgement free, and diverse.  Come as you are. We will help you reach your fullest potential and be the best version of yourself you can be. My passion has been serving our youth since the age of 16.  I wish I had someone to mentor/guide me through my adolescent years when you are trying to figure yourself out.  I believe you have to surround yourself with positive people who bring out the best in you. My goal is to touch as many lives in a healthy and positive way, to grow mentally, spiritually, & physically. 

I offer 13 years of serving our churches, schools, sports, and communities.  My experience includes but isn’t limited to volunteer coaching for basketball, volleyball, flag football, and dodgeball for Northwest Boys & Girls Club.  As well as hosting events and fundraisers.  Volunteer coach for Little League Baseball.  Served as vice president of the PTO,  Girl Scouts of America leader, and volunteer fire department. Served as an EMT for basic and 911 calls, Executive Assistant at a national youth program, Members Coordinator Assistant for Duneland Boys & Girls Club, and was contracted out for a youth wellness program.  Currently serving K-12 as an educator and mentor.
